George Washington Mortgage & Investment Corporation ("GW") is 100% owned by Elizabeth A. Schuette, President. GW serves the real estate community in the following areas:

• Acquire, finance, reposition and sell select residential and commercial properties
• Acquire, restructure and sell troubled institutional debt
• Fee based consulting and management services in real estate and commercial credit
• Commercial real estate sale and financing brokerage

Residential and Commercial Property Acquisition

For its own account and in partnership with others, GW identifies and locates select residential and commercial properties that provide the opportunity to create value. GW obtains financing for these properties through its extensive network of bank and institutional debt providers. GW evaluates both the property and the market to determine the best course of action, including renovation, construction, market repositioning and leasing options.

Troubled Debt Acquisition and Restructure

For its own account, in partnership with others and as agent for others, GW acquires non-performing or troubled institutional real estate mortgage debt. GW evaluates the loan or loan portfolio, the collateral and the documentation supporting the accommodation. This process results in the rehabilitation of the borrower, the payoff and full satisfaction of the accommodation on the ownership of the real estate.

Consulting and Management Services

Consulting services include: real estate asset review both physical and financial, construction methods and processes, real estate business acquisition, and portfolio evaluation and acquisition.

Sales and Finance Brokerage

GW's extensive contacts in the real estate business facilitate commercial real estate sales by introductions of qualified purchasers to sellers. In addition, GW assists clients in identifying and selecting financing sources, structuring debt packages and closing sophisticated real estate transactions.
